We currently ship to all counties in Kenya, including:
- Nairobi County (including Nairobi CBD)
- All other counties across Kenya
- Delivery times and costs vary by location
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Location: County, constituency, and area determine shipping fees
- Order Value: Free shipping may apply for orders above certain thresholds
- Nairobi CBD: Free delivery for orders above KSh 2,000 within Nairobi CBD
- Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your selected delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Nairobi County: 1-3 business days
- Other Counties: 3-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or remote locations. We will keep you informed of any delays.
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (if available)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
6. Delivery Process
When your order is out for delivery:
- Our delivery partner will contact you using the phone number provided
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
- You may be required to provide identification upon delivery
- If you are unavailable, we will attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange an alternative time

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete:
- Provide your full name and contact phone number
- Include specific area, estate, or landmark details
- Select the correct county and constituency
- Double-check your address before submitting your order
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos and your order number
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable
- Do not accept damaged packages - refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue
